DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST – Central Asia Region 📍 Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan🏢 Company: Midea Kazakhstan Appliances LLP🕒 Employment Type: Full-timeWe are seeking for qualified and experienced DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST – for Central Asia Region based in Almaty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for briefing the media agencies for digital media campaigns. Support the agencies with providing global digital content. Keep brand websites up to date and live. Monitor distributors’ and retailers’ websites. Must have excellent verbal and written skills in English and Russian (Kazakh is a plus). Job Description: – Briefing the media agencies for digital media campaigns with defined KPIs – Development and adaptation creatives in line with global guidelines – Support the agencies with providing global digital content, and other editable media assets – Analyze metrics of marketing campaign, prepare & submit digests – Briefing, checking and approving monthly content plans for social media agency – Be in touch with dealers and distributors on daily basis to fulfill any kind of requests related with advertisement and communication – Initiate and support joint activities with partners and distributors – Preparation, submission and follow up digital marketing invoices and related closing documents – Keep brand websites up to date and live in each country – Monitor competitors’ websites for activities and providing insights from the market – Monitor distributors’ and retailers’ websites for lacking info of our brands and products, fulfillment the lacks – Delivering clear an in-time digital campaigns and activities reports or additional requests from the management Qualifications: – Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing & PR – 3-5 years of experience in similar positions – Excellent verbal and written skills in English, Russian and Kazakh. – Strong communication and presentation skills – No restriction for traveling and staying for a long/short time abroad – Thinking broadly about business – Understanding needs of the customer – Having desire to do outstanding jobs – Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people – Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility – Building collaboration – Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas – Using required office programmes in advance level
