ABOUT COMPANY Established in 2019, StudyON is a network of English language centers focused on practical communication skills — 80% speaking and 20% grammar. We are currently looking for a Head Teacher for our Online Department, who will be responsible for the academic quality of online education and the development of our online teachers. RESPONSIBILITIES: – Manage and support online teachers; – Conduct lesson evaluations and provide feedback; – Train and support teachers in their professional development; – Monitor the quality of teaching and students' progress; – Participate in the recruitment and adaptation of new teachers; – Conduct consultations with new students and assess their needs and level. REQUIREMENTS: – 2+ years of teaching experience; – English level C1 or higher; – IELTS 7.0+ will be a plus; – Experience mentoring or working with teachers will be an advantage; – Strong organizational and communication skills.
