Hilton Garden Inn Astana is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. If you have strong financial expertise, excellent analytical skills, and experience in hospitality or a similar industry, we would be happy to hear from you. Responsibilities: – Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the hotel. – Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial forecasts. – Monitor hotel revenues, expenses, cash flow, and overall financial performance. – Participate in the preparation and control of the annual budget and financial plans. – Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. – Ensure accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting in accordance with local legislation and company standards. – Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll-related financial processes, and cash management. – Control expenses and ensure compliance with approved budgets. – Conduct financial analysis and provide management with relevant insights for decision-making. – Ensure proper internal controls and compliance with financial policies and procedures. – Cooperate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and other external partners when required. – Support hotel management and department heads with financial guidance and analysis. – Lead and develop the Finance team, ensuring high standards of performance and accuracy. – Ensure compliance with Hilton standards, internal policies, and applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Requirements: – Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. – 3+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry. – Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. – Good understanding of local tax and financial regulations. – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. – Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of financial data. – Advanced Excel skills. – Strong proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in all three languages. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work independently and effectively under deadlines. – Leadership and team management skills.
