We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to support a senior leader by improving workflows, introducing AI and automation solutions, and providing analytical support. As a Business Operations Specialist, You Will: – Analyze and optimize existing workflows and operational processes. – Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation and AI-powered solutions, including AI agents. – Develop and maintain processes, controls, and operating procedures. – Collect and analyze operational data, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights. – Lead process improvement and automation initiatives from idea to implementation. – Research and implement AI, automation, and productivity tools to improve operational efficiency. – Support ad-hoc analytical and operational projects for senior management. You're a Perfect Fit If You Have: – 2+ years of experience in Business Operations, Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Management Consulting, Strategy & Operations, Project Management, or a related field. – Experience with process optimization, automation, or operational improvement. – Hands-on experience with AI tools, AI agents, and automation platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, Power Automate, or similar. – Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills. – Ability to independently identify problems, structure tasks, and implement solutions. – Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. – English — B2 or above.
