Junior Buyer (Exclusive Fast Food)

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Support end-to-end procurement and availability of the entrusted Exclusive Fast Food assortment by coordinating suppliers, prices, article data and operational follow-up in line with agreed commercial conditions and customer requirements. Main responsibilities & expected results – Support supplier sourcing and preparation of negotiations and commercial proposals. – Maintain supplier, contract, assortment, buying price and article information; coordinate timely updates with the responsible functions. – Monitor confirmations, production, shipment, ETA and receipt, and escalate commercial risks. – Track supplier CFR, claims and agreed corrective actions. – Support listing/delisting, new article, tender and promotion workflows; ensure required documents and approvals are completed. – Coordinate invoice, payment, import, FX-control and compliance documentation with Finance, Legal, Quality and SCM. – Prepare KPI reports, supplier reviews and action trackers; support operational requests from key customers and Sales. The position KPIs – Supplier CFR and on-time order execution – Accuracy and timeliness of buying prices, article and contract data – On-time closure of claims, documents and corrective actions Skills, knowledge, experience – Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience – 1-2 years' experience in purchasing, supply chain or commercial operations in FMCG, retail or HoReCa – Strong analytical and Excel skills – High attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through – Strong communication, supplier coordination and negotiation skills – Confidence working supplier documentation and cross-functional business processes – Good written and spoken English is preferred; self-driven and able to prioritize
